How I work
I’m a filmmaker, so I light and compose a room the way I’d shoot a scene: look at what makes the space feel the way it does, then show that. A kitchen should look like somewhere you’d want to make dinner, not like a catalog page.
I show up on time, work fast, and keep the footprint small. Staged and ready is ideal, but if you need a quick walkthrough with the homeowner on what to tidy, I’m happy to give it.
Turnaround
Photos back in [24-48 hours], with rush delivery available. You’ll get a private gallery link you can share with the seller and drop straight into the MLS.
Video, if you want it
Need more than stills? A [60-90 second] listing video, a neighborhood feature, or a agent intro can go with the same shoot. One person, one visit, one consistent look across everything.
