End-User License Agreement — storyseller-books

storyseller-books is proprietary software owned by Wesley Foster Films, doing business as storyseller media, Derry, New Hampshire.

License. storyseller-books is licensed only to Wesley Foster Films / storyseller media, for use with its own QuickBooks Online company file. No license is granted to anyone else, and the software is not distributed, sold, or offered to the public.

Permitted use. The software may be used only to read and record storyseller media’s own accounting data in QuickBooks Online. It may not be used to access any other company’s data.

No warranty. The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The licensee remains responsible for reviewing and approving all accounting entries the software proposes.

QuickBooks. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. storyseller-books is not made, endorsed, or supported by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit’s own terms.

Termination. This license ends when storyseller media stops using the software or revokes its access to QuickBooks Online.
